StatusDrift provides detailed invoices for all subscription payments through LemonSqueezy, our payment processor. This guide explains how to access, download, and manage your billing history.
Accessing Your Invoices
You can view your invoice history directly in the StatusDrift app:
1. Click your profile icon and select Billing.
2. Scroll down to the Invoices section.
3. You’ll see a list of all invoices with:
- Invoice number
- Date issued
- Amount
- Payment status
Downloading Invoices
To download an invoice as a PDF:
1. Click your profile icon and select Billing.
2. Find the invoice you need in the Invoices section.
3. Click the Download button next to the invoice.
The invoice downloads immediately as a PDF file, which you can save for your records or forward to your accounting team.
Invoice Statuses
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Paid | Payment successfully processed |
| Pending | Invoice generated, awaiting payment |
| Failed | Payment attempt failed; action required |
| Refunded | Full amount refunded to original payment method |
Invoice Details
Each invoice generated by LemonSqueezy includes:
- Invoice number – Unique identifier for record-keeping
- Issue date – When the invoice was generated
- Billing period – The service period covered
- Plan details – Subscription plan name
- Subtotal – Amount before taxes
- Taxes – VAT, GST, or other applicable taxes
- Total – Final amount charged
- Payment method – Card type or payment method used
Updating Billing Information
To update the billing information that appears on your invoices (company name, address, tax ID), access the LemonSqueezy Customer Portal:
Via the App
1. Click your profile icon and select Billing.
2. Click the link to access the Customer Portal.
3. Update your billing details.
Via Email Receipt
1. Open any receipt email from StatusDrift (sent by LemonSqueezy).
2. Click the Manage Subscription or View Invoice link.
3. Update your billing details in the Customer Portal.
What You Can Update
- Company or individual name
- Billing address
- Tax ID / VAT number
Changes apply to future invoices. Valid EU VAT numbers may qualify for reverse charge (no VAT added to invoices).
Email Receipts
LemonSqueezy automatically sends email receipts to your account email address for:
- Successful payments
- Failed payment attempts
- Subscription renewals
- Refunds
Each email includes a link to view and download the invoice, as well as access the Customer Portal.
Invoice History Retention
All invoices are retained indefinitely and available for download at any time. You can access your complete billing history in the app regardless of how long ago payments were made.
