Configuring PagerTree Integration

StatusDrift integrates with PagerTree to route monitoring alerts through your incident management workflows. This guide explains how to configure the PagerTree integration for efficient alert handling.

What This Integration Does

The PagerTree integration creates alerts in your PagerTree account when:

  • A monitored service goes down or becomes unreachable
  • A service recovers and returns to normal operation
  • SSL certificates are expiring or have issues
  • Performance thresholds are exceeded

Alerts are routed through your PagerTree teams and schedules, ensuring the right people are notified at the right time.

Prerequisites

Before configuring the PagerTree integration, ensure you have:

  • A PagerTree account with permissions to create integrations
  • A StatusDrift account with notification channel management access
  • At least one team configured in PagerTree

First, create an integration endpoint in PagerTree:

  1. Log in to your PagerTree account at pagertree.com
  2. Navigate to Integrations in the sidebar

  4. Select Generic Webhook or API as the integration type

Troubleshooting

Alerts not appearing in PagerTree

  • Verify the Integration URL is copied correctly
  • Confirm the integration is active in PagerTree
  • Check that the team has active members to receive alerts
  • Use the Test button in StatusDrift to send a test alert

Alerts not auto-resolving

  • Ensure recovery notifications are enabled on your StatusDrift monitor
  • Check PagerTree integration settings for auto-resolve configuration

Wrong team receiving alerts

  • Review the team assignment in the PagerTree integration settings
  • Consider creating separate integrations for different teams
